ALberta stated on AINP website that no Express Entry nominations will be issued in 2015 year. IT means that nomination holders will be unable to use AINP nominations for getting +600 points. They only can send paper-based package for PR to CIC.

As you can read here, AOR waiting time is 4-5 months, so expect it somewhen between 1 April and 1 May 2015 with no guarantee. It is not hard to extend your temporary resident visa as a visitor for any amount of time. Dealing with work permits is harder.
