Just received email to submit passport to Ottawa office. How long is it taking currently to get the passport back? From read the threads it seems there might be significant delays.

Not visa exempt. They have asked me to submit passport and two photographs to CPCO office in Ottawa. I am in west coast.

Outland applicant update: Just got an email hour ago to submit my passport for PPR. My timeline: ITA - October 30 AOR - December 23 Medicals passed - Jan 16 Biometric updated - Jan 30 PPR email - July 28 I applied via Ontario PNP and currently living in US if that matters.

I get that everyone has different problems and situation. I am saying what I feel reading some of the comments(not all). And if you don't like them feel free to ignore.

I have crossed 100% limit on my application progress. So I take it that the outland applicants will need to wait longer due to Covid situation?

My progress bar was showing until last evening when other reported missing. I logged in this morning and its disappeared. Hoping its just a technical glitch. Last when I spoke to IRCC agent she said all steps are completed and its just waiting on decision.
