Yes, 2014 information is right. This year also, 2015 expecting there will be not enough applicants to reach the quota So almost all applicants in the EE pool will get ITA for 2015.

You can add 10 points with your spouse ECA done. But your present score 356 is good enough and will get ITA soon. Don't waste 500$ for ECA done with spouse education
