Hi all I received a mail that my application is being referred by senior officer and moved to decision phase. How many days it will take for the decision with the current trend?

Hi I received my AOR on 27th Apr, I replied back to them on 28 that I have already done the WES(ECA) access to Ontario. I didnt get any acknowledgement/reply for that email. Is this expected? or Do I have to follow up? Any idea?
