I ordered 3 times, from applygcms.com as it was cheapest. Got them exactly after 28 days. All my notes were generated like approx after 25 days after the request was made. for ex. if I had ordered on 1st, my notes was generated on 25th, and sent to me on 28th.

I applied twice with applyGCMS. Got the first 1 after 28 days. applied 2nd notes last week.

You should not have kept Quebec. It is not going to be easy to get PR outside of Quebec, once you have ties with quebec. (seen similar cases) You must submit a LOE or your intent to reside outside of Quebec.(if asked again)
