I graduated from an Ontario college.

I have graduated from an institution outside of Alberta. My employer is willing to provide me the letter stating my permanent employment with them. Is it possible to apply on basis of this letter? Or do I need any other documentation support/signatures from my employer too?

How long does it take for the PR after one has filed for it under under the Ontario PNP?

One of my friend applied under the CEC in May'13, he was asked to submit his passport for stamping in last week of February'14.
