AINP - Contact Center Employee

I am planning to apply under the International Graduate category. I am working as a customer service representative for a contact center. What would be the NOC code applicable?

It is bit confusing to figure out since most of the information available seems ambiguous. Has anybody working in the contact center industry filed for the AINP?

I have graduated from an institution outside of Alberta. My employer is willing to provide me the letter stating my permanent employment with them. Is it possible to apply on basis of this letter? Or do I need any other documentation support/signatures from my employer too?

I m not sure but in your case it has to be NOC 6552 so from which college did u graduate
