I had my interview today with the officer. The officer was nice to talk to and I was told that, it would take about a month more to get the invite for the oath.

It was a 289 area code. I understand your concern. I had been checking my phone every now and then, also listening to all my voicemails. Despite this I missed the call from the officer (who left me a VM). However, they were prompt to answer my call and confirm the interview time with me.

How long does the interview last?

I just got a call from the immigration officer today. He booked an interview for April 14 the 2021. The officer said that, I will be receiving an email about the instructions for the interview. Waiting for the email though.

I can understand. I had to send an inquiry twice before I received the test date. Not sure , if the inquiry triggered the test invite or just that the time was due for it. I got the test invite on 03/11/2021 and took the test on 03/15/2021. No update ever since.

Hoping that the Ontario emergency orders issued today doesn't impact processing times. Fingers crossed.

Just curious to know, do people get called for language requirement if they have submitted IELTS certificate with the application? Not sure, if finger print request, interviews etc are all randomly done.
