    Seniors , If CIC will return an application due to incomplete docs , how it will be mailed ? Is it through the envelop that we already had included , or it will be through other courier ?

    You will have a U I if have previously obtained a visa or status in Canada Otherwise you have to wait till you receive a PER email from CIC

    Re: US Visa Refusal not mentioned I am also 23/10 applicant I did the same with my bank and told me they can't say if the DD was debited or not, as it is with the corespondent bank in Canada Better wait to receive the PER
