I would like to apply for EE & NSNP Program, just have few clarifications for making final decision based on your advices
Please please kindly take serious understanding of my above post and advice.
1> If in case I would like to apply under EE & NSNP is ECA report required in first place or I can submit it after getting ITA in 60 days for spouse
2> Also if in case I get selected under “Province of Nova Scotia permanently “what does it mean by permanently!! I am under some restriction not to move outside this province.
3> Will it have any impact on my current FSWP application , for example if I get selected by NSNP program and they issue an province nomination certificate to me and CIC will my FSWP application will be canceled and transferred to NSNP program were the freedom to live any were in Canada is lost? :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\
4> If I need to apply for NSNP can I simple mail then all the documents @ nsnp @ novascotia.ca[/size][/size]

EE is basically not a program. It is just a process of selecting candidate for PR (A common process for FSW/CEC/PNP etc)
EE is just profile creation, not an application while NSNP is an application.
if you apply for now in NSNP, you will get nomination. You have to use this nomination to update your EE profile to get additional 600 points and score high. So when next draw takes place, you will get invitation to apply

If you are lucky enough... it is possible that you get invitation to apply on the base of just EE profile before you get NSNP nomination.

2nd is regarding ECA
If you are applicant, your spouse need not have to produce ECA report (Till date I have not read anywhere that spouse ECA is mandatory).
If your spouse is an applicant then he/she is not eligible for NSNP nor FSW under EE

3rd
If you have applied before 31st Dec 2014, your application will be treated as per rules at the time of submission
Application are not transferable as far as my best knowledge
you can withdraw your application. if your fees has been charged then CIC will take decision regarding refund but it will not affect other applications.
So chill... and most imp thing is that neither EE not NSNP have any fees. This is matter of a bold decision when you receive Nomination or ITA befoer your PER in old system (just wait for it... and go ahead now)

Anybody received back application package after cap in their NOC.
My NOC is 2171 and Oct 28 application receiving date.
Will they send all documents along with DD?????
Expected delivery??
Original IELTS report and ECA report are very precious to apply in EE.

If an app is returned due to cap limit....they return everything.

It takes on avg three months to get package back.

(1) I am From India- But I applied through my Sister who is Canadian PR.

(2) If you apply directly @ https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip
it will cost you just 5$ and no fancy tags of 35$ or 50$ or whatever
because this is Canada's direct official site.

(4) It took exactly 30 days to get my reply.

(5) Strange thing is - i Applied on 3rd Dec, Report was prepared on 4th Dec but
they released it only on 3rd Jan.

(6) Very detailed report 46# pages in total, Full of information, Point calculations, What they
accepted, What they did not, Everything in detail.

HELP-- i left the UCI in the form blank..and i just got an info. thru this frm that it is the one on your visa...i got student visa of canada..and i checked its in thr....now what about this friends..plz help

There is nothing to worry friend. Relax. CIC will put that in the application.

Does "medical received" i.e. 3rd line of update means that medical results are OK and rprf fees is cashed??

Medicals done on November 22-2014
RPRF,PCC and other docs reached NDVO on 3-Dec-2014
RPRF fee bank draft encashed on Dec 11-2014

Still awaiting for the updates...

Hospital Authorities say that they have up loaded the medicals on Nov 26-2014 and my documents reached NDVO on Dec 3-2014


Does payment of Right to landing fees means that medicals are cleared and soon we may get a PPR?Huh

Still awaiting for a third line ...Any pointers from Forum members........

I got a call from HDFC Bank that bank demand draft has been encashed and has been paid to CHC on Dec 10 -2014

I called up the Hospital three times and each time they told me that they have already updated the medical results and even got a written mail confirmation from the Hospital authorities.

When will third line update.....

Usually they will update your ecas after DD encashed
