Same here...Submitted Feb 1, AOR received Feb 1, but says Feb 2. I think it has to do with your local time and UTC time.

I chose both because it said by paying RPRF up front it speeds up the process :P And it is refundable even if you're rejected, so nothing to lose I think.

Just to confirm... 'CIC does not ask for transcript' ONLY for foreign education right? Because it is already evaluated at WES. An official transcript is still required for Canadian education along with the degree cert? Thanks!!
