I applied for extension Feb 25 (My study permit expired on March 31). There is nothing complicated in my file and yet they haven't started reviewing my file yet. And I almost done with my program and soon will be graduating. Will be unable to apply for PGWP or can't work until WP is issued.

I thought about failing or dropping a course so that I could delay my graduation until Dec 2020 (studying last semester part-time). But by chance if IRCC issues me a study permit while I am doing my last semester, I would have to do the entire procedure again.

They all got the biometric instruction letter next day after appl. submission. I am just wondering am I the only person not to receive the instruction letter and probably won't receive it anymore as it is exempted.
