This is a very standard response by IRCC. Sadly, it doesn’t convey anything of substance.

Try calling them somewhere in the next week to ask about the eligibility. Also, there are many people from 1-10 Oct AoR for whom the eligibility hasb't been initiated. The whole process is way too random.

I think you'll asked for RPRF once your eligibility review is done.
