    In my opinion, your application is still in process technically. Visa officers may contact your employer to verify and it could lead to certain issues if you'll quit your job without notifying CIC.

    It's pretty common as they're checking your file if you or your dependents need to redo medical procedures. Also, your medical is expiring in 3 months. You'll receive a message in your MyCIC account if you need one. It'll change to Passed again in a matter of days.

    When did you apply? The current processing time on CIC site is 31 days. If you passed the wait time then you can contact CIC at Telephone number: 1-888-242-2100 (only from within Canada)

(Economic Class-PNP) I'm PNP Inland applicant too 2.Im not sure about the passport, cause we've been married here in Canada and I'm allowed not to have a change of legal name.     You have to provide 2 accomplished IMM 008. I added my spouse after PPR and I got the same spousal kit from CIC. I'm damn sure about it :) as it was clearly mentioned 'yourself and your spouse or CLP'

    The above comment is correct. You need to provide two separate completed IMM 5406 and IMM 008 for yourself and spouse.
