Yeah, basically I have added one more paragraph indicating my plans back home after graduation and those plans were laid out with information about the department I want to study in. I hope they read it all

Thanks for the response! My college simply states that they are now in DLI so I believe they are protecting themselves in case the pgwp changes. They say "start making your plans to come to canada if you have the study visa". I will also twit the IRCC to make sure and feel relaxed. Thanks...
