They wouldn't check your previous applications or the documents submitted before. If they are not satisfied with the diploma certificate, either they will return your application and ask you to resubmit it or they will ask you to bring the documents during your test interview.

I am sorry Harish. You need to try in 2020 where they will look at your income from 2017. Please make sure that you fulfill all the eligibility criteria before submitting the interest.
