Nah I can't, The status shows 'Transmitted' but in red with a Padlock next to it so it must be locked for now. Maybe it will open for updating soon but as of now I cannot update it. I have to wait for WES anyway so we'll see when I get that back. If not I will just create a new application.

I have mine as Transmitted but unable to update/change my information as only says View??? How do you make changes after it is Transmitted??

Hey Guys, Quick one, should be applying for FSW just before DEC31st when the new express system comes in and wondering if I can apply for the IEC2015 when it comes out as well? Want to get back there ASAP whether Temp or Perm. Please Advise???

Thanks man! I may just do that but the only thing I'm scared of is if 1. The NOC occupations for FSW change as the new express system comes in to play and 2. that the PER in my NOC category will run out? What do you think? Maybe apply for both?
