agree with you 100%. i don't even check ECAS. it is useless tool and gives 0 information

and how do we validate this theory? just curious because mine and my spouse's ECAS also says "in process" but tracker says BG "in progress". our test is completed already so bit worried why they are taking forever to check our BG.

thanks for sharing. my ECAS shows "in process" as well. and BG is in progress for both me and my spouse. both of us gave our tests and is already marked completed in the tracker. I really want to see some progress in this month even if its a ghost update lol

test completed update today. however BG is still in progress and that is a unique situation to be in as per different threads on this forum. where it will take forever because of extensive checks. thinking or ordering GCMS

thanks for sharing and i think i am doomed. it is taking forever for applicants who got test invite before background completion. these are the ones that get stuck

so me and my spouse got the test invite but our background still says in progress. is it normal?

i doubt that. because in the excel tracker it is taking anywhere between 2 days to a couple of months for some users to get to the next step.

AOR Oct 20 and nothing actual happened on my tracker just a couple of GUs one on Dec16 and 2nd on Jan 13. but nothing on my daughter's profile. every thing is in progress

two updates in two days. yesterday ECAS went from "application received" to "in process" and today there is a GU on my tracker. CIC employees need a long long vacation for working this hard on my application :D

Hello beautiful people. my ECAS got an update and it says "in process" so finally some one woke up and started working on my application because the detail says "we have started processing your application" but my tracker is exactly the same with last GU on Dec 16th. ECAS is not syncing properly...

of course. but a weird thing happened on my profile. it went from application received to "application is received at cic center" then back to "application received". I am sure they have given my application to a newbie and that person is just randomly pressing buttons to learn the systems

I can understand. I am also in the same boat. after Dec 16's GU no update.
