    I think that what Ponga has said will most likely be the case. I would expect to have your application returned due to the missing signature. You need to keep in mind that the volume of applications they are processing at the same time - it's unlikely that they will find your documents in time...

    Once you are married your wife could apply to sponsor you under the Family Class. If you apply Inland (within Canada), then you could apply for an OWP at the same time as your Inland PR. In 4-5 months you should get your OWP. Hope this helps!

    I don't know enough about your first question to help you out. However, with regards to your second one - I would wait until you receive your AOR1. This will have your UCI# - it will be easier for you to send in documents when you have this (to ensure they are added to your file correctly).
