    Well, you should print and sign it, not electronic.. It took about 10 days to have a reply (by mail) with the rejection stating it was because the ecopr wasn't signed. In person it's faster, however, the main issue is you have to spell your full name for confirmation, your parents, etc etc...

    On your icc account, under upload documents, isn't there any option for you to do so ? Webform might take a week or two to update. I only sent a document using webform once, and it was an "extra" that I could not send through my ircc account, and it took about a week to be added to my process.
