As per my EE profile "Completed number of years is considered as age and not the current/running age". For eg: Date of birth 04/09/1989. Age considered = 29. (from 04/09/2018 - 03/09/2019)

It didn't worked. Today status of WES Account shows Application cancelled. I had created account with her new name (A B C) and all her documents were on old name ( X Y Z).
