Does Keratoconus make any negative impact on PR file

Keratoconus is degeneration of the structure of the cornea. The cornea is the clear tissue covering the front of the eye.

The shape of the cornea slowly changes from the normal round shape to a cone shape.

I'm intending to apply for immigration and afraid of oftalmologic demands
I have a keratoplasty since '94
can be asked directly at some migration office?
before start translations, losing money and time

Please let me know what happened in your case. I am too suffering from keratoconus.
