    Eligibility passed yesterday. FBI clearance request yesterday. Decision made today on sponsor side on ECAS(says Aug 19 but showed up today) DEC 14th applicant Ecas shows correspondence sent to sponsor but we have no email. Is this normal? Update. Email received for Sponsor Approval

    You pretty much have to move back to Canada with your spouse. And given your spouse gets valid status in Canada, you can apply for the OWP with your inland application. Processing is usually up to 4 months from date of application being mailed.

    Applications back then took around 2 years to process but they've changed and streamlined it all to an estimated 12 months Also all cases are different

    OWP application: What do I put for "End date" for an ongoing job?

    I would put the end date of the holiday Visa since we would assume you'll work as long as you can. It isnt that big of a deal with these types of OWP apps. Plus if it's current, then the officer will assume you are still working. As long as you put the past employers too you should be okay.
