Even though you sent your online application or paper application in sometime Oct or Nov 2021, they opened your file on 05 Jan 2022 and logged all details into the data base and cross verified whether all documents are good enough and finally sent you AOR on 19 Jan 2022.

Is it just me who is expecting a program specific draw on 11th. Because this is another change cic was talking about. My prediction is 463 and 2800 ita's. If it is a program specific then it will be 455 (CEC) and 2000 ita's. Assuming 8000 people in between 450-468. By the way I am at 459.
