After AOR, usually you wait till they contact you, about 3 or 4 weeks give or take,then they might ask for additional details, which you need to give them until they are satisfied with your application, then they decide. After you get nomination, you have to get an ITA, which depends on CIC...

Hi, We're in the same boat, I have sisters in Alberta. They also asked me about Alberta vs NS, I have not responded yet, since I have yet to complete some papers they require. But with relatives in other provinces, they really ask about why NS....I hope we get our nominations!

Hi SDKD, Got my AOR last Dec 22,2016. I used the one on their website, you can email or call them if you like, mention your name and the date your file was received in NS. Office hours would have to run from 8 to 5, i think. I went there last year and most offices either close at 5pm or 4 pm...

You can fill up the forms if you wish, like a rough draft, but since the intake is not yet open, maybe the reason why you can't download is they maybe are changing the forms soon or they are just not yet allowing downloads yet. Just be ready with your papers, so if it opens everything is...

I think it's best if you email them, because at least that gives them time to check their records, and for you to have a paper trail.

lol i know the feeling, the wait can be really daunting. I hope you get your AOR's soon, its only the beginning of the week so emails will still be coming...Let's all be patient...

Just check your reference letter, if there were duties and responsibilities stated on it, copy them, place in an itemized list, then on the opposite table copy from the NOC 3012, the one which closely resembles it.

Hi, SDKD I'm also Nov. 13, 2015 applicant, got my AOR Dec. 22, 2016...Im sure your's will be next in line, its probably only because of the holidays, their office closed Dec.26, then again at Jan. 2, i think.

hi im new to this post. application received nov.13, 2015, AOR Dec 22, 2016. Documents sent Dec 26, 2016...Awaiting response. Hopefully, its all positive...Keep waiting for those December applicant, i think they are just finishing November applicants.
