You don't have to do the medical test again! Just send them an email and explain that you have already given your medical test results for another application. One of my friend did that and it was fine.

Mine is also Date modified:2014-11-04. Before that it was may 2014 which was my rejection date.

I don't think that is the problem. Other people who took their cases to the Federal Court got their PPR much faster!
