    You should be able to find your visa officer on second page of you GCMS note where it says: APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT: Assigned To : "your visa officer" You can also find it in the Note section as well.

    Hi Ghgh, I submitted all requested documents on Sep 17th (including medical results) and still I am waiting for PPR. RK6165 is not a visa officer. (just a secretary!). Please look at the second page of your GCMS note to find out the officer code. APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT Assigned to: LR20173...
