    Passport after Oath timeline

Hi, I know this question must have been asked earlier in the forum but I still am posting so that we can get new(year 2019) timelines. How long does it take from Oath to Passport in hand? I am aware you can get under emergency criteria but I am not aware what qualifies as an emergency.

You are good so far but I would suggest getting legal help or atleast prepare for it. You son is 17 now and if you apply before he turns 18 you might have a safety umbrella

    FP request

In my case FP was sent by regular mail. ECAS only said IRCC has sent us "correspondence" on **** date and that correspondence will have more details. My test invitation after that was via email only. Ecas showed test invitation a day after the email.

    Moving to Prince George

I disagree on the last part, I have a Canadian address for IRCC correspondence but I haven’t been living in Canada since before i got AOR. At the interview the officer asked what I was doing for work ( which I think was small talk for checking my English proficiency), I instead told him I wasn’t...

    Moving to Prince George

If you have a close friend/family member who can check your mail regularly then I don't see why you need to notify IRCC. However, sometimes moving to a remote area and notifying IRCC can affect your timeline, whether it be good or bad I don't really know, anyone in similar circumstance can...

    Translating passport stamps

I had two exit stamps for China which were completely in Chinese, I had them translated but the interview officer didn’t ask for them. He did look at all the stamps on my passport though. What I am trying to say is there is no harm in getting them translated although most likely you wont need them
