That's terrible that you went for ADR and then told you have to go for full hearing. Did they at least meet you first or they told you that you have to go for full hearing without meeting you at all? What was their reasoning to put you through full hearing?

Me and my wife mostly use whatsapp for chat, call and video. I exported chat history and provided printed copy of 2-3 pages from each day. Took screenshot of calls and video, and created page for each week. Hope this helps.
