Did you have 7+in your IELTS b/c for FSW they need at least 7 , and for CEC 5 or more in all component second, can be your age which should be 45 or less.

In my Prediction after having maximum persons with LMIA,PNPs and Job offers CIC will choose immigrants through NOCs. It may be within or after 5th , 6th draw. Because v all got the mail from CIC recently for "application Updated". May b they r monitoring for NOCs. b hopefull :)
