Guys, What I understand that he said word "arrive" not "selected". Definitely the immigrants come after EE selection will be less in 2015 b/c of low ITA's offered so far till April and persons selected after June draws will "arrive"in Canada in 2016 b/c it is a more or less 6 month duration...

My prediction 410 score, 2nd week of April, No. of ITA 3000. I think CIC is slowly increasing the no of ITAs to reach its quota to cope with it.

2nd week of April, 410+score and # of ITA 3000, I guess, mine is 304 waiting anxiously :(
