i would suggest u call CIC to explain this and make an appointment to go into any CIC office DId u try getting your SIN with the COPR with service Canada? Service Canada might be able to advise u on how to go about this rather than taking the risk going through the border

Hi Alpha4906, Different application has different processing styles based on the visa officer handling his case, but right now he needs to show funds, he can use T4, NOA, paystubs, offer letter to back up whatever proof of funds he is going to be showing, he has 30days to get this which is lots...

all these things u mentioned doesnt make him fund exempt if he was invited under FSW, he needs to show POF, except he has a valid job offer which has LMIA, or he was invited under CEC... so for his FSW, its part of the eligibility criteria to show funds.

That is a very bad advice, dont go with loan! U should have declined the ITA for FSW and waited for CEC, unfortunately u have to show proof of funds, u were indeed lucky that the people didnt deny ur app... get family now to help u raise that and get a gift deed for it. include ur T1 General...

The CBSA officers most tyms check your bags to look for new items, jewellry, clothes, shoes. If its over $100 you would be charged...

Does your application status still say open? Did u get any refusal letter? it might be a system glitch... call and send a CSE
