Ghost update is something u will see in place of submitted and when u open to see the message it will change back to submitted. There are most of the chance of getting ppr after ghost update. Did you got ghost update? If yes when did u submitted?

Did you got any update on ecas status? I called CIC today they said the action they took on september 4 is in queue and they cannot take another action before 90 days.

Try to apply in Express entry. It is not worth it to wait that long
