    Yes i am sure it is last. Am jan 2017. That means our file is with CSIS or CBSA for security check. When they will complete there part then the officer will make a decision

    Cz last time when i called to the agent she said that it the officer has not yet sent your biography to third party for security. Did you got your notes and what is the most recent activity? Does it says same for your application too?
