If all the information you provided when u applied under EE is genuine, then I would say go for EE. Much faster...we are talking months here

What you mean how to find sent date to cic???? it is as simple as remembering the date you sent (if you are talking about receiving date, yes..Canada post tracking is the way) AOR will be sent to u in email Regards

I am not sure about you getting 3 year work permit. I recently heard few people who took Genereal Arts & Science got only 1 year permit. So i would say it all depends on the course you take. You could transfer credits, again depends on what did you take in university. Transfer credit wouldn't...
