Victor papa, it is not stated on either the form or the checklist that these information are important. I would appreciate a reference to your information. I don't know why they are required anyway since you attached the unique receipt to your application.

I have been long out of this forum. Good to read guys receiving AOR so soon this year. I believe they are trying to process 2015 PNP paper application within EE timeline. I should be expecting mine too this month as it was received in March.

They may not take it as an important document anyway because they expect the province that nominated to have used the original and may have even sent the details to them. But from the instruction, which is confusing though, a copy is needed. Cheers

You can also make an instant online payment and attach receipt to your application instead of filling the payment form. The payment form is good if you want to know when they accept and start processing your application in Sydney

A copy of IELTS is required for all NOC's if you read the checklist instruction carefully. It just stated it was not required for the specified NOCs in the guide prior to july 2012 but now required. Edit:I think it is why they only need a copy because they expected that you would have submitted...

I agree with you Tetunte, I believe we have clarified this in my previous post. All NOC's need to include IELTS
