it takes about a month approx 4 weeks for the GCMS notes to come by shifat.

thanks again.. I was considering your opinion about approaching the local MP but then am not too sure whether it will help or worsen my case...by the way the local MP turned out to be none other than the Prime Minister himself for my locality..Mr. Stephen Harper ;)

Not yet...my last correspondence with CIC is quoted below Dear Applicant, Your application is currently in transit to our office. Once it has been received we will issue you instructions on how to submit your passport. Please note that the finalization of your application can take 2-8...

No clue actuallly...I had sent the mail to CPP ottawa...and I dint prefer to question them again... I will just wait for the PPR to come by

Not yet...I had sent a mail to them yesterday...they replied today saying the file is being transferred and I will be informed when and where to submit the passport ...

Surprising....did you drop them an email..

Still waiting for it.... :( Havent heard from my immigration agent yet...
