Why are you looking for visitors to work for this camp? Why not Students on Student Visa who are allowed to work part-time/ Work Permit holders/ Permanent Residence Holders/ Canadian Citizen? Wouldn't be so much easier to advertise?

Apparently you can apply online nowadays, so you can submit all your documents online and pay the fees. She probably have to go through the medical and biometric, so I don't know if you can get her medical done in the UAE and for Biometric, she has to go to India.

If I were you then I would have called WES directly with my application number and enquire. I would suggest this is the best way.
