Omg! After seeing all of you got an update today I just logged in and got a nice surprise! Everything is set to comple exept ceremony! What a relief!

Same here, test done Nov 4 and until the update on Dec 13 it was showing not started. As of Dec 13 it shows In progress. I keep trying to call, but no luck getting through to an agent yet. Will keep you posted if I get an answer.

Thank you for your reply. It makes me a bit less anxious knowing that I'm not alone in this situation. I agree, it's extremely frustrating not knowing what's happening.

Same happened to me. It's not uncommon for government departments to have major system updates this time of the year, and in my experience updates always come with glitches. Hopefully they'll resolve it in a day or two.

I'm not sure about that. I'm in Vancouver office, did the test on Nov 4 and tracker still shows test not started... I think it's all about the officer handling the file not the office itself
