It was and I had to redo it. I think it's absurd because THEY took 8 months to open it. Smh.

So you reprinted new documents and got new photos etc? They opened my application 8 months after submitting.

I submitted it in April it was returned Nov 6 on the date.

Are you resubmitting with all new papers? The same thing happened to me.

Hope I get mine soon! I sent mine in and it was delivered to the office on April 14th but still nothing! Congrats to those who have received theirs! So exciting!
