Thank you! Yes, they returned it to me by mail and told me what needed to be fixed. I had to resubmit everything because some things were expired by the time they sent it back to me.

AOR was sent to PA and Medical was sent to Sponsor. An email was sent.

Sent April 14th or 19th 2020 Returned Nov 6th 2020 Sent back and arrived Dec 9th 2020 AOR Feb 12th 2021 Medical Request Feb 15th 2021

I originally sent it in April, they sent it back to me dated Nov 6, I sent it back to them on Nov 19, but they said they didn't open it until Dec 9.

I finally got an AOR!! I hope the process moves fast so that my husband can finally be here!
