anyone received an AOR in may and bg status shows processing has got ppr request?

U have to link ur file with the online account on cic

Then just check the status on that. If it says bg in process then not more than two months max! Mine is also stuck at the same stage under spousal category! Pcc was submitted along with the application itself! Still they they take this much time i guess

U need to create an online account using gckey. Next step in background check which in most of the cases do not reflect here. Atlst in my case in never did. And when i login using gckey it says bg in process.. but looking at ur status it seems that its now just a game of two to three months...

I am a 1990 born. Birth certificate was misplaced somehow. Got the registration done again in 2014 and the new certificate has the registration date on it

My husband called them and was advised that the file was transferred to india and js back to missisauga now! And BG is under process. However, the status on my online profile doesnt support m connect to what they advised!

in my case sponsorship approved email came first then i had my medical request after a week or so. but they requested for additional doc related to my birth certificate as the birth certificate has a later registration date. after that nothing heard from them

My husband received an email for SA. Medical has also been done. But, BGC is not initiated yet... wondering how much time will that take...

does your application too says that thet havent started the Background check yet and will inform once they do????? when i called them they said its in process. However, on the web i cant see anything supporting their statement
