Hi, I just received an update on the ECAS that New Delhi VO has started processing my application on the 09th of August... Mississauga office asked me to submit some additional docs after my medicals which i did the same day on the 13th of july... however since then my application status was ''...

When the file is transferred to your local Visa office and they start working on it ...they send you an email.... which is AOR2... at times you dont get that email.... which is quite normal... and DM is : Decision Made

Well, thats not the case... you have an access to it right after your File Number is generated... I have been checking for my Application updates even before i linked my file to GC key account... But, i have also read that many people arent able to access it ...for some undefined reasons as...

use your UCI number and make sure to enter the DOB in correct format... you can also use your File Number to gain an access to the same

its ECAS ! you can use your file number or UCI number to login there

Well, i keep checking two things on regular basis....one is my GCkey account and the other one is Client Application Status... There was no change on the GC key account but the Client Application Status timeline had an additional update which says NDVO started working on my application on 09th...

What is a Ghost update if i may ask??

Mine took 5 days to get updated on the online account and started showing as passed!

I received an update in my account that my local VO has started processing my application on August 9th. Does that mean AOR2 ? Can anyone suggest how much time its usually taking at this stage??? I am impatiently waiting for the PPR now
