In June I have to re-IELTS and waiting a new ECA for my second diploma. I hope WES can find a Canadian equivalency.

I do not agree with your point, if you are married as a legal (of course you have to show marriage certificate) you can get up to 10 points for wife's or husband's ECA. It was the same case for my profile.
