I am 2014 paper applicant, got my CSQ in oct 2018. My federal application is reached Sydney on 8th January 2019 and I got my AoR on 27 March. It took 78 days me to get AoR.

After the biometrics, they also updated my mailing address on ECAS system today. There was my old mailing address which I gave them when I was applying to Temporary Visitors Visa, but now the address is changed into the one that I filled into my Permanent Residence application document.
