If you provided e-mail, all communication is made via e-mail. After connecting to GCKey, all communication goes to GCKey, but you will also receive a notification via e-mail.

They send email or to GCKey if you already linked. They only send letters if you did not provide email.

You click "check full application status" and you get into your application main page. You can see the date they received your app, day you gave biometrics and biometrics numbers, and any updates etc.. The progress bar should be in that page. But like I said, it disappears sometimes. Some days...

Progress Bar is in GCKey. But sometimes it disappears... it's not relevant really... For us it says around 50% because it's been +6 months and the expected time of completion is 12 months. It doesn't mean anything.

Unfortunately, it has been happening since they got back from the first lockdown. Some people from March are getting AOR only now... Some from July got it in November. The good side is most people are getting a lot at stuff at the same time AOR, BIL, SA, MED, all In the same week or so

My SA e-mail took a few days to arrive after DM in ECAS. Still waiting for medical, I got BIL almost a month ago. Also my ECAS / GCKey seems to not be updating... nothing saying "we sent you BIL....." or "we sent you SA..."

Yes it’s almost impossible to contact from outside Canada. You can contactos with Outland application if the sponsor is in Canada. Some people have been able to call using an app or something, I could never do it

No average. Temp number only means the app is in the system. No way to guess when an agent will start working on it. You get temp number by calling or contacting them, it's not a "oficial step" in the process. But at least you know your app is not lost! Like dw33 said, things are moving, your...
