so back then, provinces invited people every week or two weeks but EE only invited them every once in a while? I'm asking because I don't know how things worked before (never paid attention to PNP)

do you guys know if PNPs are included in all-programs draw? or is this just for FSW, FST and CEC?

they could always create another pathway inside EE using the same rules and conditions as those TR to PR.... it's not like it is impossible for them to do this, they could always change however they want how EE works... if TR to PR is not part of EE right now, it does not mean it won't be part...
