One of them waited for 8 months. So their applications were old. I didn't see anyone without biometrics getting refused though.

I'm from Brazil, I neither gave biometrics nor medicals, I'm still waiting for them to request my medicals though. Actually, I have no updates since I applied (I only have the biometrics request)

i know people who applied for winter intake on June 30 and already received their AIP on august 6, no biometrics nor medicals given. So, apparently AIP is not only for fall semester applicants. I applied on july 24 for jan 2021 intake but no updates till now.

Applied from Brazil on 24th July, non-sds, no biometrics nor medicals. Still waiting My intake is jan 2021 though.

I just found a guy who applied for jan intake at 30th june without biometrics/medicals and he received his AIP at Aug 6. Just to let you know his timeline. His app is from Brazil like me.

The Brazilian in Canada applied at 23 July and received his AIP last week I think. The others I really don't know but sometime around march. His app was really quick, even he was surprised but I think it's because he already gave biometrics and medicals. I also applied for Jan intake at 24 july...

From what I know they applied for Jan intake with full application. They are Brazilians, but one of them is already in Canada, maybe that's why. The others are still in Brazil though.

There are people who received their AIP already and they applied for Jan 2021 intake. Saw at least 3 or 4 of them.

Yeah, maybe they stopped all the immigration related works for good till then. I'm afraid of the score if this happens. Our score is currently 450 but my husband sat TCF early this month in the hopes to boost it but I don't even think we will get his score on time.
