Hi, The UK PCC includes the date the PCC was issued. In case your mom is staying in UK, the PCC can be upto 6 month old on the day of AOR. If she is not in UK then the date on PCC should be after she left the country. That's the only requirement. Hope it helps!

Thanks for your reply. I sent them an LOE requesting for some extra time. My 60 days will get over on 9th November and that will be 3.5 weeks after HK sent the post. I hope they deliver it by then. In case it's not delivered in time, I hope they consider my LOE and grant some extra time.

You should get it from Passport Seva Kendra(PSK) at Bangalore. Show your current address proof. They may initiate a police verification that can take upto a month. The PCC issued by PSK will cover for your stay across India.

It is valid as long as you don't visit India again. If your current country of residence is US, then PCC of India should be after you left India. It will be valid till you visit India again. For your current country of residence, in your case its US I assume, the PCC can be upto 6 months old.
