I think it must be a technical glitch. You dont need any enrolment number. Ones you click verify on CAPTCHA, it should move ahead and allow you to create your file. I didnt face this issue. Maybe try after some time or try refreshing. Sorry, can't be of much help here.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I did that, I called the local Sherrif office and they said they dont do fingerprinting and gave me a number of some fingerprinting agency. The agency said, we dont do it for FBI processing! :o Am I doing something wrong here ?
